The aramid filter bags possess properties such as resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. The aramid needling filter mat, when used in harsh high-temperature environments, has extremely stable mechanical and chemical properties. It can achieve ideal performance and lifespan at high temperatures. The aramid needling filter fabric is made by blending fibers produced by Tenjin Company in a predetermined ratio through needle punching. Compared with ordinary filter materials, the Nomex filter bag also has the following advantages:
1. Excellent high-temperature resistance: It can work continuously at a temperature of 204℃, and the instantaneous working temperature can reach 240℃;
2. High dimensional stability: At a high temperature of 230℃, it only has an elongation rate of 1%, demonstrating high-temperature stability;
3. Fireproof and flame-retardant performance: It begins to decompose and carbonize only at 400℃, with a limit oxygen index (LOI) of 30, not self-igniting nor promoting combustion;
4. Good chemical corrosion resistance: It is resistant to acids and alkalis and does not corrode easily.
