Endless Felt for Transfer Printing Machine

The purpose of a transfer printing machine is to transfer and fix colours from atransfer paper to textile with a heated drum. This sublimation process requireshowever a regular temperature of the heated drum. Once the reguested temperatureis reached, sublimation takes place as the transfer paper and the fabric are broughttogether during their run around the heated roll by the Nomex endless felt, also called Nomex blanket or sublimation felt. lt can be used for the printing of curtainsbedcovers and non woven fabrics made of polyester, nylon, acrylic and blends. This type of machine has several advantages : it does not need much place, there is noneed of finishing for the printed fabrics, the time of process is quite short, the machineis easy to maintain, it does not need water, it does not need solvents.
