BUFFER PADS is a type of aramid fiber compression buffer pad. Aramid fibers have the characteristics of high temper-ature resistance and repeated heat pressing. The trans-parent high-temperature film has the properties of high temperature resistance, high strength, anti-sticking, and easy peeling. During the lamination process, while the number of repeated uses is high, the influence of foreign substances such as resins on the buffer pad is reduced. The lamination material of BUFFER PADS is uniform, and during the heat pressing process, it can accurately control heat transfer and evenly distribute the pressure on the surface of the laminated product, thereby achieving the functions of balancing pressure and conducting heat buffering. It is widely used in PCB, CCL, and other heat pressing processes and is an excellent heat pressing buffer material with outstanding performance.
